Irish William IV sterling silver sauce ladle in the fiddle reverse tipt pattern with spouted bowl. Made by Philip Weekes, Dublin, 1833.

This wonderful ladle is 6" long and weighs 33 grams or 1.1 ozs Troy. It has a monogram removal on the front of the handle.

The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.

Irish sterling silver and Cowrie shell snuff box by John Egan of Dublin, maker′s mark only, the mark matching very nicely with known marks of this Irish Silversmith. The outside of the engraved,hidden hinged lid has an ornate, period script monogram: PHR. This especially desirable snuff box is 2 3/4" long, 2 1/4" wide, 1 1/2" tall and weighs 68 grams or 2.2 ozs. Irish sterling silver George III creamer with a full set of Dublin Hallmarks for 1819, maker′s mark SB. Both Samuel Beere and Stephen Bergen were flatware makers and we can find no other Dublin mark SB. This finely crafted, elegant creamer has a tapered bellied body engraved with foliate drcorations and an undulating, applied Gadroon rim. The body sits on four shell and paw feet and has a cast, strap work handle. Weighing 188 grams or 6 ozs. Troy, the creamer is 6 1/8" spout to handle, 5" tall and is 3 1/4" wide. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing. The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
