It is very much in the Russian style and even has a Russian Style monogram, but the ring is not marked. This beautiful napkin ring is 2 1/4" long, 1 3/8" wide, 1 5/8" tall and weighs 31 grams or 1 ozs Troy. Monogrammed HH in an ornate period script.
