English Victorian sterling silver napkin ring, decorated with floral, foliate and scroll patterns as well as applied milled rims. On the front, there is an engraved tiny inscription "Lottie Dixon. Aug.st 30th 99". Made by Francis Webb, Birmingham, 1898.
This nice napkin ring is 1 3/4" in diameter, 1 1/4" wide and weighs 30.6 grams or 0.98 ozs Troy.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
