Antique French export 950 sterling silver table bell, having figural handle in form of a crane bird. Body is decorated with engraved floral patterns. c. 1870-1880.
This incredible bell is 2 5/16" in diameter, 2" tall with 2 1/2" long handle and weighs 141.5 grams or 4.56 ozs Troy.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
