American coin silver embossed napkin ring with open work, applied twisted rope rims, c.1860. This large, very special napkin ring is 1 7/8" in diameter and 1 1/2" tall, weighing 40 grams or 1.3 ozs Troy. The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
