English sterling silver pair of elongated open salt dishes, having for feet ant cobalt blue glass inserts. There are cutwork scroll decorations with a heart-shaped centerpieces on the both sides of the body. Made by William Henry Leather, Birmingham 1910.
These lovely dishes are 3 3/8" long, 2" wide, 1 1/2" tall and weigh a total (without inserts) 60.3 grams or 1.95 ozs Troy.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no monograms, removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
