English Victorian sterling silver heart form box, decorated with pie crust rims, repousse scenic depiction on the lid and scroll engraved patterns on the body. Depiction features a couple, working in the garden. Made by William Chawner II, London 1885.

This charming box is 4 1/4" long, 3 3/4" wide, 1 3/8" tall and weighs 149.8 grams or 4.83 ozs Troy.

The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
