French Engraved Scroll Foliate Napkin Ring Sterling Silver 1900

French sterling silver wide napkin ring , decorated with scroll and foliate patterns as well as ornate cartouche, inscribed "Desire". There is also an engraved inscription "1en Decembre 1906" inside the napkin ring. c. 1900s.

This adorable napkin ring is 1 3/8" wide, 2" in diameter and weighs 36.8 grams or 1.19 ozs Troy.

The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
