Russian 84 Standard silver tobacco box with Russian urban landscape decorations, date marked for Moscow 1891, makers initials ДТ. This handsome box is 3 1/2" long, 2" wide and weighs 93 grams or 3 ozs Troy. Monogrammed AF. English sterling silver sealing wax cylinder, seal, match and taperstick safe with striker and taper stick holder by Samuel Jacob having a full set of London Hallmarks for 1896. This scarce and desirable combination sealing wax tool has a long chamber for the sealing wax with a domed V notched topped hinged cap having a man in 16th Century attire as a finial. The short chamber for the matches and tapersticks has a flat topped hinged cap used as a seal, with the initials LIG. The cylinder rests on two elongated ball feet and the striker is on the cylinder atop the short match chamber. The nozzle for the mini taperstick sits just behind the striker. The body of the cylinder has bands ofalternating scroll and floral and swirling fluted Repousse decorations. Both hinges are clean and tight and both caps open and close properly and securely. Weighing 38 grams or 1.2 ozs. Troy, this superb cylinder is 9 1/4" long and 1/2" in diameter. It would make the perfect gift for the person who has almost everything. American sterling silver Mistress match safe in a Baroque scroll design by he Battin Company of Newark New Jersey, c.1900. This ornate, unusual portrait match safe even includes your very own mistress portrait with the original glass cover. The hinged front cover has an ornate, period script monogram: ALM. Both hinges are clean and tight, with the spring action working well. The interior of the safe is lightly gilt. Weighing 32 grams, this elegant and scarce match safe is 2 3/4" long, 1 1/2" wide and 3/8" thick. This nicely detailed dragon handle lamp has an applied sterling silver juggler and a Batfish on the body. All the parts are present, including the filler cap, snuffer and original chain. Having a very nice original patina, this stunning cigar lamp is 3" in diameter, 4" handle to spout and 2 1/2" tall. It weighs 175 grams or 5.6 ozs. Troy. American Arts and Crafts style humidor by Shreve and Company of San Francisco, c.1902. This attractive, barrel shaped humidor has a barrel shaped body with applied sterling ribbed bands, and applied union shield, engraved May 16, 1902 RHS. The copper ring handles are attached to sterling mounts. The dome shaped lid has a sterling finial handle and a cage for the humidor sponge. The interior is silver plated. This impressive and attractive humidor is 5 3/4" tall, 4 1/2" in diameter and weighs 732 grams or 23.5 ozs. Troy. There are a few minor bumps from normal use. Overall, the piece is in excellent condition and has a nice, original patina.
