American coin silver engraved napkin ring in an oval band with a central enlarged blank medallion, c.1865, inscribed, in the inside of the Medallion: Lucy.
This unusual and attractive napkin ring has a band 3/4" wide, a medallion 1 5/8" wide, is 2 1/8" in diameter and weighs 16 grams.
Inscribed as described above, the soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
